1. Service Description

LeapLetter generates AI-powered cover letters and related career documents using information you provide (your resume and a job posting). The service is provided "as is" and the generated content is intended as a starting point for your application.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By purchasing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. Single purchases are one-time charges. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Download Window

All generated documents are available for download for 24 hours after generation. After this window, documents are permanently deleted from our systems. You are responsible for downloading and saving your documents within this period.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if generation fails or produces a system error. No refunds are issued for expired download links, as you acknowledge this limitation before generating. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Data Handling & Privacy

Your resume is processed in memory and never stored on disk. Generated content is stored temporarily (24 hours) and then permanently deleted. We do not sell, share, or retain your personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All cover letters, skills analyses, talking points, and other documents are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, the content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before submitting it as part of a job application.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LeapLetter for fraudulent applications, to misrepresent your qualifications, or to submit applications for positions you are not genuinely interested in. You agree not to attempt to circumvent payment, rate limits, or generation caps.

8. Limitation of Liability

LeapLetter is not responsible for the outcome of your job applications. We make no guarantees about interview invitations, job offers, or hiring decisions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
