When We Issue Refunds

Generation failure -- if the system fails to produce your cover letter due to a technical error, you will receive a full refund or a free generation credit.
System errors -- if payment was processed but the service was unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.

Expired download links -- download links are valid for 24 hours. You acknowledge this before generating. We cannot recover documents after the download window has closed.
Content quality -- cover letters are generated based on the inputs you provide. Single purchases include one free redo if you want the letter adjusted. We do not offer refunds based on subjective quality preferences.
Subscription cancellations-- you can cancel your subscription at any time through Lemon Squeezy's customer portal. Remaining days in the billing period are not refunded, but you retain access to your remaining generations until the period ends.
